  • Students study motion, force, energy, momentum, astrophysics, waves, light, quantum and nuclear physics.                                                                                                                                                          
  • Assessment is based on class activities, assignments and investigations, presentations, tests and an external examination


  • 2-4 hours per week
  • Increases towards exams
  • Revision of weekly lessons
  • Focus on areas of weakness early in the unit
  • Tuesday afternoon will be for tutorials and student help

  • Revision and review is necessary to enhance depth of knowledge and maximise success.
  • Students need to seek help outside of class when necessary.
