  • Must have a coach(es)
  • Training Monitoring Data to be completed regularly
  • Strength & Conditioning Programs set to complement existing training programs.
  • Assignments in fitness, nu­trition and injury management.
  • Not required if class time is used ef­fectively. 
Important Points:
  • Training Diary must be kept up-to-date.
  • Students training off-campus must communicate effectively with the teacher at all times.
